In this position you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships — as well as fostering communications with internal teams including creative, media, public relations, production and accounting, keeping current on the daily flow and details of jobs. Some of the specific job duties associated with this position include:

  • Strategy & Marketing Plan Development — Work closely with the account supervisor to prepare and contribute to marketing plans and point-of-view documents. Must be able to assist with research and interpret content.
  • Kickoff meetings / client presentations — Organize, prepare for and lead kickoff meetings on accounts for which s/he has primary responsibility and/or major accounts as directed by the account supervisor. 
  • Agency-initiated projects — Identify opportunities to initiate projects and gain new business from current clients. 
  • Conference reports — Draft client conference reports and route to the supervisor for review and submission to all team members and clients.
  • Project organization — Maintain electronic and physical job jackets including schedules, correspondence and job alerts.
  • Budget preparation — Assist the account supervisor in researching and developing annual and project-specific budgets.

PartnersCreative is seeking a freelance digital media buyer. This individual would work closely with our media director to research, plan and place digital media (banner advertising, social media) across diverse client industries.

We ask that you please not apply for this position unless you have a minimum two years of agency, media company or in-house corporate marketing experience, and an appropriate college degree (business, marketing, communications, finance). This includes experience with ad-serving platforms such as LumenAd and third-party monitoring systems such as Sizmek. 

You must have the experience and skills to hit the ground running at a fast-growing, high-performance agency with state, regional and national clients.

In this full-time position you’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategic media plans that meet campaign objectives and reach or exceed client goals. You’ll be working closely with our client services, creative and digital departments. 

This position requires staying current on emerging trends in media (particularly digital), performing research (both in media and in clients’ industries), evaluating media opportunities, and making recommendations to our internal teams as well as to clients. 

This role also requires negotiating the best possible value, securing and placing planned buys, tracking buys, and analyzing and interpreting the results throughout each campaign flight. This position reviews and approves campaign reports prepared by the media coordinator before distributing to the appropriate account executive. This position is also responsible for coordinating the distribution of advertising materials to the appropriate outlets.

This position can work off-site and does not have to be located in Missoula, Montana.
